@SileeMee I tried hydrogen peroxide.  I remember my Dad using this when we were little.  They looked like they were getting infected which was probably a good thing because it was easier to see where they were.  Wherever there were little bumps I knew there had to be one, so I scrubbed the area really good and tried opening each with a pin, dousing with HP which I think helped work them out where I could get at them.  I then washed and dried the area again and used antibiotic cream.  They look much better today.  Thanks to all for your suggestions.
