One of my friends when she was in her 50's had difficulty going down big long stairs when we'd go to Coors Field for an MLB game, she'd have to walk down sideways. 

 

A couple years ago she just about skipped down the stairs, she said the Tumeric Curcumin she had been taking really works.

 

Asked her recently if her knees are still good and if she continues to take the Tumeric, she said yes to both.  She's a beast at pickle ball now.

Let me know if it makes a difference.  I've had my bottle as my friend urged me to get it over a year and haven't taken it yet.  Will start tomorrow.
