@ECBG wrote:Just for the record, you have to take antibiotics to thoroughly kill bacteria; nothing else can kill bacteria. Some home remedies keep a bacteria active at a very low function which is course, unhealthy. People think they were successful until a major event occurs.
Not true.

Please explain "do not keep around electronics?" I don't understand what you are meaning here?
The frequencies that are emitted from electronic devices aren't good for homeopathics. Similar to people warning about the concerns with health issues related to cell phones.
Keep the remedies in a cool, dark, dry place, away from strong smells (pot-pourri, spices, etc.) Refrigerator and bathroom cabinets are not good places because they are damp and sometimes moldy. Also keep the lids of the bottles tightly closed. Keep the remedies away from the microwave oven, and from electrical panels – the microwave and electromagnetic field seem to weaken the remedies over time. Don’t leave the remedies in car on hot day – the heat will weaken them.

@ECBG At first I thought that was correct, but if I remember correctly, I think D-Mannose has *now* been used successfully to kill bacteria when used in therapeutic dosages. I used antibiotics and a recheck, but that's because it was 20 years ago and I didn't use or even know about D-Mannose back then. Now it seems people use it as soon as they get the first sign of a UTI and have successfully ended what could have been a full-blown infection.

@ECBG Yes, but you listed antibiotics effective for UTI's; D-Mannose is not an antibiotic. Just like many other homeopathic remedies and alternative natural supplements people are using now to cure their various infections, D-Mannose has been used by many people to cure their infections. To clarify, that's why at first I thought antibiotics were the only thing to cure infections, but now that's not the case with all infections, especially mild UTI's limited below the kidneys.

6 X TWO TIMES Vitamin C plus lots of water the first FIRST DAY. Then continue around 4 Vitamin C daily for about a 4-5 days and drink more water than usual. You need to flush out the bacteria. Continue a few tablets Vitamin C for 2 MORE days and extra water.
If you should develop pain, use AZO for pain and burning.
AZO makes a very accurate UTI test for home use. They also make an antibacterial, also over the counter. Suggest you use that along with the Vitamin C.
This is how I get rid of mine.

My husband has chronic ut's and can no longer take antibiotics because they are not effective. We went to a infectious specialist and he said he has to stay hydrated. Water and juices. He needs to flush the super bug out of his system. If his symptoms increase then he needs to go and receive a saline solution intravenously but not antibiotics. He needs to stay hydrated. He pushed that you must keep hydrated. Doctors are too quick to prescribe antibiotics.
I do have to add my husband has had cancer and no longer a bladder. He has to wear a bag and several health issues. The biggest thing he gets with these uts is he can't think straight and has hallucinations. Antibiotics helped in the beginning but he has a resistance to them all.

The list came from "Good Rx" as I stated.
