@Mary Bailey   I think you made a wise choice. I'd love to have one like that.  Denise Austin hasn't been in business as long as she had by selling inferior products.

I hope you like it. I would like a treadmill too.  But they're all so huge and expensive. That one looks manageable. I have a Tony Little gazelle and an exercise bike...rarely used. I walk alot so a treadmill would be used.

@Desertdi  You're the best with putting up the picture of what a post is talking about. Just wanted to let you know I appreciate you!

Years ago I had the Gazelle and didn't like it and didn;t use it.  Donated it.

I have the Pilates chair, a stationary bike, a mountain climber and a shake platform, an infra-red blanket. I used to use all of it.  Sadly I don't do any of it anymore. I keep saying tomorrow..... It's been a stressful year or two. I need to loose 25#.  I started GoLo  a month ago.  Lost 3# so far

I hope you're better than me with it.  Every piece of exercise equipment I've ever bought, and there have been many, has been a complete waste of money.  I had good intentions every time but never stuck with any of them. We finally got rid of a Pilates Reformer at a garage sale in May.  We literally gave it away for just a few bucks so we wouldn't have to deal with it anymore and we could regain closet space again.

I keep hearing about GoLo all the time on TV. Will you please explain how it works. It looks interesting. Thank you.
