There's nothing meaner than a rowdy crowd of old people set on shopping for toilet paper.  This is where angels fear to tread.

@heart of savino @Kachina624 I got there for senior day an hour late because I thought the hours for seniors ended at 9 am.  Guess what....no lines and very few people in the store.  The lesson is clear.

Oh my, that sounds wild !  Sure hope you are able to get what you need.

Some of our stores here in Texas are offering early senior times but so far I haven’t had to do that.  There are two of my favorite stores offering discounts for over 60 (bring your i.d.). One store offers five percent and one is ten percent for all items, all the time - I am taking full advantage of these offers and they are very helpful.

Good luck to us all...

... Or even better stay home and use a delivery service.  Wash what you can with soap and water. Thats what I am doing.

@Kabella    Sorry to have to explain but that was an attempt at humor, especially since I am one.

My wife and I went to our regular Target store yesterday at no special time. Parking lots had very few vehicles and the store was the same. Very few people in the store so it took little time. Only thing they didn't have was big bags of sharp cheddar cheese. No line was kinda nice. Her 1st stop in the store? Those danged $6 cups of Starbucks whatevers. 😥

She is Pet Sitting for her cousin who is in the hospital with fluid in her lungs and around her heart. Negative for the virus. She lives in a small town about 40 miles from us. How long she will be gone?

I wore a pair of garden type gloves, ones I also use when ice skating. Didn't take them off till I got home and unloaded the SUV.  Needed cat litter, we buy the 38# buckets. Anyways, washed everything I wore, and she headed back to Fremont to stay at her cousin's. Hoping to hear an update on her condition.

That was my outing experience. Now! Heading down to my gym for my workout, hate that the ice rink is closed, but my gym is lacking nothing to stay fit, just no ice!   ;-(
