What a coincidence...I was on the forums late last night looking up insomnia....and seeing what others thought of this very product. So I'm following...

Yes, my boyfriend uses it a bit after it came out.  Likes it but needs another relaxant to sleep well on top of it.  He takes 2. It says up to 4.

I tried it, would compare it somewhat to Valerian root but stronger.

It does have melatonin in it as well

I bought it, took it at 10 PM, fell asleep awakened at 2AM couldn't get back to sleep, this happened twice, so it sits here by my bed. Don't waste your money.

I find I can't tolerate even the tiniest amount of Melatonin. Same happens to me...when I wake up, there's no going back to sleep with it. Also Melatonin gave me nightmares.

Melatonin is not for me. The next morning I wake up groggy.

I do take lessman PM ...has no melatonin in it and for me has been non-habit forming.

I take magnesium glycinate. It helps me relax, fall asleep and stay asleep for longer periods of time. I love it. That's one of the ingredients in Relaxium.

I've not heard of that particular Lessman supplement. I'm definitely going to look into that one. Melatonin made me groggy too. Even my young niece couldn't tolerate it. Thank you for the heads up on the Lessman version.

I also take magnesium glycinate (for bone health) and I wish it helped. I take it in the evening....and nothing. I take a good amount too.

I can't take it either. Just gives me a creepy feeling. I take Sleep Aid from Costco.
