Would you mind sharing which brand you use? Thanks!

My daughter uses magnesium glycinate also. She gets it from Amazon. I forget which brand.
She said this type doesn't upset her stomach.

It's a loose powder I take. I measure a small amount (1 level 1/3-teaspoon) and put it into my greens drink twice daily. From amazon.

I don't take it but I will admit that the large crying lady on that commercial makes me nuts. It looks so staged and fake.

My daughter uses UpNeutri calcium, magnesium w/ zinc and vit d3. That might have more than you wanted in it.

I agree. I have to mute when she comes on. She doesn't understand how they went for 30 years not sleeping well. I don't buy that story at all.

My chiropractor purchased this for his wife who has trouble sleeping. He said it didn't work for her.

After looking at the label, it looks like Relaxium is mostly Melatonin and Valerian root, with a few other things like the magnesium glycinate, I have not tried it since I take meds that help me sleep anyway...but a friend of mine has taken it several months swears by it. I think it totally depends upon the individual. I think I saw it at Costco. You can buy it there and return it if you aren't satisfied with it, so you won't be wasting your money if it doesn't work for you.

As there is melatonin in it I will not take.
Took melatonin the night before I got married and in the middle of the night woke up with hives and lips out like a duck. Luckily my mother was a nurse and she helped me get everything to subside. She knew I am allergic to many things.
I have a horrible time with insomnia and I take Sleep Calm sometimes and I do have a white noise machine. I seem to wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time returning to sleep. I then get out the weighted blanket and that will help at times.
There is also something called Yoga Nidra that on days when I do this it does help with sleep.
