The foam is included and used for another area that would be TMI.

The problem is on the inside, not the outside. Lots of water and the tried and true usuals of cranberry juice or cherry juice. And what we have learned from the pandemic is good old soap and water for hygiene.

Thank you for your comment. This company’s products are used in hospitals also. The title of the thread stated “help” not cure. Most soap’s PH are contraindicated for the private area.

The problem is often ecoli and source can be a little further back. They do use things like this in a hospital. The old wipe from the front and a bidet can help.

I take a supplement caled Dmannose. Sounds odd but it works great. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I still drink water and cranberry juice but thisis the only thing that has worked. After constant UTIs for several years,I haven't hadasingleinfection inover7 months. Not feeling sick from the infection or the medication. I feel great so check with your doctor and give it a try. I could only find it on Amazon.

I recommend D-Mannose as a preventive. It can be taken daily without harm. It is a simple sugar that keeps bacteria from adhering to the walls of the bladder. Also, cranberry capsules is a good add on.
Most cranberry juice is nothing more than sugar water ie OceanSpray. I would stick to water.
Someone said good old soap and water. This has nothing to do with UTI unless you didn't rinse yourself well enough. Wiping from front to back is always a good practice......less chance for ecoli contamination.

D-Mannose is not taken by everyone without harm. I cannot take that. It did not agree with my stomach at all. I tried for 30 days and it also didn't do anything for my recurrent UTIs.
Also, if you are diabetic, you may have a problem keeping your numbers under control if you take this.
I personally prefer a product called Cran-Cap. That has done wonders for me.

After menopause, I was having UTIs on a regular basis. After stopping antibiotics each time, it would happen again very quickly. I've been taking D-Mannose for about 3 years and haven't had a UTI since. I haven't had any side effects.
