@grandma2pkmh , it was just a big blackhead.  He took care of it, no needles.

Sound like something your GP or a local ‘Doc-in-a-Box’ 

could remove.  The symmetry, to me, is a GOOD sign it’s not

something more nefarious. 

I totally agree and I watch Dr. P. all the time.  You've probably had it for quite some time because It's big.
