Question about back pain...

I am suffering from a pinched nerve in my lower right back plus back pain and stiffness, in the low right back. Can any of this be caused by Polyneuropathy or Fibromyalgia? It seems to have started from a pinced nerve and PN is a nerve disease. Anyone have comments? Thanks!! PJ
