I just saw Kristin present an exercise pulley device that attaches to the doorjam. The fitness model Kim (blonde Hair) performed the exercises, her muscles were amazing! I want to look streamlined like Kim with sleek, defined muscles. Has anyone seen a segment where Kim has discussed her exercise regimen? I've also seen her on the pilates and total gym segments.

There is some info on Q here about Kim. She has dark hair.

Those sleek defined muscles have more to do with her lifestyle regimen.  Exercise is just a small part of what went into sculpting that body.  I agree, it would be fun to ask her about her lifestyle (diet, stress management, sleep, supplements -if any, sleep, etc).

Is it this model? She is very sculpted. It really shows when she does that Body Blade.

@Tibard

I certainly will not say the lady in this picture is not physically fit. What I will say is this:  Even the lighter weight Professional Body Builders look great. Muscles rippling and tons of muscle and connective tissue definition, but!!!  That DOES NOT equate to being Physically Fit.

Overweight people can, and are very physically fit, but looking at their bodies, one might think differently. Just as many believe being "Healthy" means the same as "Physically Fit", it does not.

I set my fitness goals on how I feel, and the results of my Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Fitness numbers, not on "How I look". My wife tells me "you're too gol darned skinny", I say what I quoted above. It's how I feel, and when I am very physically fit, which I am right now, I FEEL GRRRREAT!!!
