Heather, just my opinion in a nice way, try weight watchers points plus program. I have used and stayed with it since the beginning. These drugs that are being used are off the hook!! I am a retired RN and have done my homework. Exercise and limit calories (points) do the trick. Oh, and also apple cider vinegar. It will not harm you. Sincerely.

I have read there are plans to lower the prices on these drugs and have Medicare coverage. Have you checked prices on all the different brands? I have 3 friends doing very well on these drugs. Good luck.

Four of my co-workers are on the drug and they all look great. I have three family members on them and they all say they love it and it is worth it.

In my opinion, I would not take any drugs to lose weight. You never know How it will affect you and there's always side effects or long-term effects that can do harm. I would advise drinking a lot of water, eating a variety of different fruits which helps greatly with losing weight and some walking or exercise. Perhaps speak with a dietitian who can help you change your diet and give you some guidance. We all go through this in our life for the most part. The more you think about it, it can add stress which can add weight, so keep that in mind as well.

@PixieStar That's fantastic! It sounds like you are very happy with your results! Good for you!
As for me, I lost weight a few years ago when I went on a Keto diet but over time I sort of fell off of it and started to eat carbs again. They can be highly addictive.
So once again I will give the low carb way of eating a try and maybe fit some carnivore meals in too.

@haddon9- Thank you so much for sharing your experience with carbs agree with you not only what mentioned above the cravings went away sooner than expected.
@PixieStar I think that's the problem with most people who need to lose weight. Many just don't realize how addicting sugar/simple carbs are! Once you get past that it becomes so much easier to stick with a healthy food plan.
