@hovis,

The situation I prayed about is now resolved thru test results received today.   Nothing abnormal was found, and the doctor is satisfied with the results.   I'm so glad this drama is over, and that I trusted God to carry this burden for me.    Feeling very relieved, and more blessed than I deserve.  God is good!   Continued best wishes for you.

@RedTop  I loved reading your perspective of handling stress and life's bad times.  It is exactly the way I deal with it.  I went through a time where within a year I lost my dad, suddenly, my dog, then my mother.  During this time my husband had a bone marrow transplant for cancer he had been dealing with for 10 years.  I laid it at the feet of Jesus and the burden of worry was lifted.  Of course, there is sadness because of the love I had/have for all involved, but the worry was gone.  Knowing I will see my parents again is a blessed assurance I hang on to.  It is a peace that passes all understanding.  Yes, God is good!  I am happy you had a good outcome.

I doubt that anyone on their deathbed says "I wish I would have worried more."

@hovis  I hope that things have eased up in your life.  If not, I pray that you have found ways to stay positive.
