My very first response reading a post like this is....what did your doctor say when you called with your questions and concerns??? Call your doctor and ask a professional how to handle this popped blister on your face. Wow.

@World Traveler - on the mend now and it's looking much better.  Thanks for the good thoughts.

 

@ID2 - calling the doctor would normally be my first course of action.  But since it was a Saturday and per the recording, this was not a life threatening emergency, I was kind of stumped and did not want to wait for a Monday call back.  Lots of people on these boards have lots of ideas and suggestions about many topics.  Hence this post.  Things are much better now.  And I am smarter about going to the dermatologist and know what additional questions to ask another time.
