I saw this Success Story (public FB page) last night & was amazed.
Her hands! Shows the inflammation in your body when eating the
incorrect foods! Lost weight, lose inflammation, look much younger &
more healthy than every before...all while eating potatoes, oatmeal,
fruit/veg, etc!

Just to eliminate any confusion, this is not me but a young lady who
shared her plant-based success story. Isn't it amazing? I love reading
about the changes one makes!

@sidsmom, last night I was watching our local news and they did a story about a woman who was overweight, in chronic pain and on various medications not only for her pain but for other illnesses as well. She went to the doctor for another ailment and rather than give her another medication, the doctor put her on a Whole Foods Plant Based diet.
In 10 days, the woman was off ALL her medication and within a couple of months was 100% totally pain free. She has lost 40 pounds and said she feels better than ever.
The doctor said that WFPB acts as a motrin or naprosyn to relieve inflammation. The patient said that people need to start being more proactive with their health and stop looking for the healthcare system to cure everything with pills.

That's amazing, isn't it??!
I just can't get enough of those success stories.
I would love to feature her here in this thread...do you remember her name? If I google 'PB diet off meds lost 40 pounds', there are too many return stories!

@sidsmom, here is the story from our local news. If that doesn't work, her name is Chasity Strawder and she's from Willoughby, Ohio. The story was on Fox8 news in Cleveland.

Dr. Neal Barnard posted about it, as well.
I was surprised she was already a vegetarian.
Shows how milk & eggs still cause so much inflammation.
She's so lucky to have found a PB doctor to help her.
Thanks for posting the link.

Post 94, I highlighted the weight loss success of Plantiful Kiki.
She just posted a video explaining in detail & answering questions
about successful & quick weight loss using a low fat starch based plan.
She also mentions her husband had success w/ this plan, as well!
Her channel is filled with tips, motivation & upbeat messages.
Highly recommend!

I can relate to it. I went from 163 pounds to 140 pounds just by making changes in my dinner. I opted for a diet that is enriched with therapeutic herbs and spices I found on ** and that has really helped me, especially if I eat it 2 hours before my bedtime. So yes dinner is the most important food of the day and taking it early and light help you accelerate weight loss
