This kid is so flipping cool.
He’s only 25 but has such an important Plant Based story.
Circles back to the ‘can’t out-exercise a bad diet.’
Gabe was recovering from back surgery when he began his
Plant Based weight loss so he had little, if any, movement
during the beginning of his weight loss story.
He’s got a wonderful YouTube channel (Plant Based Gabriel)
giving so much more info for inspiration!
He breaks every stereotype of PB lifestyle:
-Midwestern corn-fed meat eater
-College football player
-Graduated w/ a degree in animal studies for University of Nebraska
-Losing weight with just a simple diet change

Isn't it so inspiring reading different people stories. And then when you see some of their before and after pictures they look so happy, healthy, and younger.

Hey, @sidsmom @I have a silly question for you. What do you do with cranberries? You mentioned recently now is a good time to stock up and freeze them for later in the year. So, I have two bags (99 cents each 👍) and I have never before purchased or cooked with cranberries. I do want to incorporate them into my diet and am curious what you do with them, if you don't mind sharing. 😄

I love them as a relish.
Just blend Cranberries, Dates & Orange.
I'll make a big batch & store in little 1/4cup containers &
tuck away in my freezer. When I want something sweet,
I'll eat it like ice cream.
What are you thinking about? In a cooked dish or smoothie?

Thanks for the idea @sidsmom ! I truly had no idea what to do with them without googling. I should try a smoothie, too. I knew you would be a great person to ask since you would only give ideas with good ingredients. 😊
