I agree with trying more than one pillow at a time.

I use two soft pillows and can adjust them nightly for whatever I need at the time.  I also have a medium pillow I sometimes use on the bottom with just one of the soft pillows on top of that.

We've been using My Pillows for several years.  They launder easily and fluff back up in the dryer, as needed.  We won't sleep on anything else.

@Mom2Dogs - have you considered nasal rinsing with a NeilMed bottle and saline packets?  I've been rinsing for several years.  I had polyps removed and the ENT prescribed rinsing twice daily. I use a prescribed steroid with mine but lots of people rinse, to elevate congestion and give freer breathing.  It also might be a good idea to set up an appointment, to see if you have polyps.

I've used a Nehti pot for years now, mostly during allergy and wildfire season. As @JeanLouiseFinch  writes, it helps.

I can't speak to a My Pillow, but I have one of those cervical neck pillows that align your neck/head, and I love it.

Think the  my pillows brand is garbage!!! Made the mistake of buying them years ago and they were the most awful things I ever bought--I trashed the one I got----I have a pillow that has memory foam on one side and some sort of fluff on the top---you can remove that to wash it-- and is still ok. And have nice fluffy down ones too, but need another firmer one---- but for me, it's llike buying shoes--you gotta be there in person to try them on.

Coop for me too!  I especially appreciate the extra foam they send, you can add or remove to customize to your personal liking.  I also have my pillow, which I initally liked until I tried Coop. No comparison.

I like latex pillows.

I do not know how anyone finds My Pillow to be helpful.  I tossed ours quickly.

I agree on the recommendations for My Pillow.  I haven't found anything that is anywhere near as comfortable.  As someone with allergies and sinus problems it is wonderful that they can be so easily laundered without losing their shape.

I was never particularly successful using a neti pot to flush my sinuses.  I bought a Navage and it has really made a difference.  Whenever I get congested or start to feel an infection coming on I use it.  I don't want to be graphic but it is amazing all the gunk comes out of the sinuses.

@YanksFan

How is Navage different from a Neti pot?

Hello!! @Mom2Dogs

This question is Easy to answer and help you get the relief you need!!!

Go to a Sleep Number store and get a pillow fitted to You! Yes Fitted!!

If you don’t have a store nearby look online at their site.

They have a guarantee I believe for 90 days! If you’re not happy with the pillow you chose they will reimburse you in full or you can try another pillow. No questions asked!

I asked them at the store what they do with the returned pillows. They redo the outside and donate them to places like Veteran Hospitals. 🥰

We’ve tried My Pillows (not the same quality anymore)

And the Coop pillows (from Chiro) - disappointing…

Hello !! @Mom2Dogs

I think you’ll be Very Happy!!

I looked at their website and they have a pillow quiz you can take.

I bought many different pillows prior. Some from Bed Bath & Beyond. And we even tried the Northern Nights brand at the Q.

AND I think Sleep Number introduced a NEW pillow to their collection this past Fall. Plan on checking it out. Ours will be going on 2 years old in July. Still feel Wonderful!!

A restful night’s sleep… Priceless!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
