I am in need of a pillow that will keep my head slightly raised at night. I sometimes have sinus issues and lately I wake up very early in the am with my nose stuffy and a miserable headache.
I don't have a cold, I am pretty certain it is from my head laying to flat at night.. Thanks

@Mom2Dogs I have some My Pillows and love them. You can adjust the height depending on how much you move the inside foam pieces around by scrunching it up. I believe when I bought them there was a medium and a firm version, and I prefer the medium one. I even purchased a travel size one so I wouldn't be without it.
Some don't like them, but they are all I use now. I no longer have neck pain in the morning once I got mine.

I use My Pillow (Not the premium, the regular ones) and have for about 8 years now. I love them, they are completely adjustable by fluffing them just how you want. Also, after about 3 months or so, I will fluff mine on warm in the dryer and they come out full and very nice, just like new! I have two of the travel size pillows also and they are of the same great quality. All of them regardless of size, launder beautifully and always come out like brand new and mine are about 8 years old! They are on sale right now if you go to their website.

Have had the same issue you are speaking of. Reading on it there are a few things that help. Two softer firm pillows layered so you head is up but you are not closing your airway. It will help keep your neck supported Also sleeping on you left side with a double pillow will help your breathing.
My Pillow foam smells awful and it is all full chuncks it makes it feel llke throw-up.

@Mom2Dogs I agree regarding My Pillow brand, it's a good pillow for sure. Also a wedge pillow is wonderful for sinus issues as @goldensrbest suggested. I have long suffered with acid reflux and that's why I bought my wedge pillow on Amazon years ago.
I only use it when needed and it works! I too developed some serious sinus issues last spring and summer, never had that in my life........but there you go, things can change fast. The wedge pillow really helped me with that situation too.

We've been using My Pillows for several years. They launder easily and fluff back up in the dryer, as needed. We won't sleep on anything else.
@Mom2Dogs - have you considered nasal rinsing with a NeilMed bottle and saline packets? I've been rinsing for several years. I had polyps removed and the ENT prescribed rinsing twice daily. I use a prescribed steroid with mine but lots of people rinse, to alleviate congestion and give freer breathing. It also might be a good idea to set up an appointment, to see if you have polyps.
