@JeanLouiseFinch I do use one on occasion. I have dry eye syndrome...so I think part of my drippy nose is from my eyes being irritated.

I have seen an ENT and nothing was really wrong.

I just bought the Joy Mangano Clean boss pillow from HSN. I received it 2 weeks ago, slept on it, for that amount of time, and ordered another 3. I love it. I wasn't a My pillow person. It kept puffing up on both sides of me when I flipped over on my back. These don't do that, and are really comfortable.

@Big Joanie I had balloon sinuplasty over 20 years ago after a CT showed a 90% blockage that happened due to chronic allergies and polyps. They also did a turbinectomy to improve breathing.

It was the best thing I ever did health wise. I used to have chronic sinus infections that were terrible! Post nasal drip, that triggered coughing, ear infections etc.

Since that surgery I've had maybe 3! Hope you don't need it, but if you do...do it for your health.

I agree on the recommendations for My Pillow. I haven't found anything that is anywhere near as comfortable. As someone with allergies and sinus problems it is wonderful that they can be so easily laundered without losing their shape.

I was never particularly successful using a neti pot to flush my sinuses. I bought a Navage and it has really made a difference. Whenever I get congested or start to feel an infection coming on I use it. I don't want to be graphic but it is amazing all the gunk comes out of the sinuses.
