I am 52 and have recently lost 30lbs, as pleased as I am about the weightloss, I am completely grossed out at my now FLABBY body. I like the idea of pilates, I know it's a great for your core, but to those of you who do pilates, do you feel that it would help me FIRM up some of this FLAB???
