Paging wildob3.....................

I hardly come to the boards anymore, but I thought about you a couple of days after. Y last check up. I have continued to lose weight and my lab results are showing more improvements since the diet modifications I made well over a year ago. Three doctor visits later, I'm on an upward spiral. Removing wheat and refined synthetic products has been such a blessing. I recall that you and someone else on the board (whom I can't recall) also have reaped the benefits of a similar diet also. Please LMK how you are doing. Just wanted to share. It's hard to believe I'm medication free!

Hi FG- I don't know if you were thinking of me or not, but I've omitted all added salt and sugar, and don't eat any grain and almost no dairy, and the health benefits jave been tremendous. i really feel great!

Re: Paging wildob3.....................

I'm so happy for you! Isn't it amazing how eating real food can make a world of difference?

I think there are several of us on the boards who have experienced similar results. I am still losing, still loving eating healthy, whole foods. No sugar, no grains, no GMOs, no highly processed foods. Mostly no dairy. I cave & allow dairy when I eat out sometimes but I am working on cutting that out, too. Anything I have that much trouble eliminating completely must be bad for me.

I am no no medications. I would have been but I told my doctor no when he wanted to Rx a BP med. My BP dropped as I lost & is always normal now. My doctor thinks I'm some kind of superhero! lol...
