Unfortunately OMEGA XL isn't forthcoming about what makes up their proprietary blend.  The GLM could be the recommended amount or it could be a minuscule amount in the concoction.  

If you're considering taking it, you might want to first look up GLM on the WebMD site and read everything.

          i use Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega mini's. They are strawberry flavored.  I take one in the morning with breakfast and one at dinner. Two a day because they are mini's. I have a very sensitive stomach and these have never made me sick or have any fishy taste after. I watch my local Meijer for buy one get one 50% off. I also have bad leg aching from fibromyalgia. I use voltaren gel. I have bad hip bursitis and use this every day for that reason too.

I am also a Voltaren user, it is what is keeping me out of the operating room for knee replacement, I use a minimal amount twice a day.

Flexium does not contain the Green Lipped Mussel, which is the key ingredient in Omega XL
