I am sure this has been addressed before but are there any users out there?  And just what are the ingredients???

I have lots of arthritic pain mostly in my legs and rely on an Advil or a Tylenol a day.  Some days worse than others...Topicals do not work for me...

Is that the brand that is on TV? I haven't bothered watching it--I don't take fish omegas anymore--the pills got so big, I was afraid I'd get it stuck and choke--I use flaxseed omegas now---they are in gummie form too. Also take a gummie for joints. I prob have some arthritis but just barely--am 72--but it doesn't affect me much.

You can easily find Green Lipped Mussel caps on their  own, I take one a day for my knee arthritis, usually they are 500 to 750 mg each for a lot less money.  Just decide if you want the ones in oil or as a powder, powder is a lot less money but the oil ones may be more effective.

The brand has one with a Green Lipped Mussle source only AND one with the mussle and Krill oil too.

I haven't tried either but I Will NOT take Krill oil suppliments.

SO much Marine Life depends upon Krill for their survival that I refuse to take it away from them.

They CAN'T get out of the water to find another source  WE CAN.

Only 300 mg. per serving?  The ingredients aren't that impressive at all, IMO.  And $50 (discounted price) for a 30 day supply is ridiculous.

Spend $20-ish on a big 34 oz.glass bottle of good, single origin EVOO and take a tablespoon of that.  You'll get 68 tablespoons for the bottle.  You can add an inexpensive fish oil supplement and still be money ahead.  If you're already taking a multivitamin they usually contain Vitamin E so taking extra is unnecessary.

Omega XL has many celebrity endorsements. That adds to the cost.
