I picked up a different kind of pasta today. High in protein and pretty high in fiber.  Found it at Target.

@Bird mama .... That looks interesting.  I use the Barilla Plus pasta... very high in protein, but I'm not sure about the fiber content.

@ItsME  I don't eat alot of meat.  Actually I've never had the most robust appetite so if I am going to eat, I like to make it count.  I went grocery shopping yesterday and bought the spaghetti sauce and forgot I didn't have any kind of pasta/noodles for it.  

I had to go to Target for something else this morning and when I went to check out the spaghetti, I saw this and thought why not?  Put enough sauce on it and I won't know I'm eating chickpeas, lol. 

Sometime I'll start sauce in a pot and then cook these in the microwave until they are almost done then I throw them in the pot with the sauce.

I hope you like it, I just didn't care for it and I really wanted to. I'll stick with whole wheat pasta.
