I (obviously) don't know for sure, but I have a feeling that N/P's spend a lot of time after hours/at home researching various complaints/suggestions/information that they obtained from their patients.

They sure seem genuinely interested in patients' remarks/info/questions/etc.  I can almost 'see' their minds working, making mental notations.

Wishing them the best of luck with their patients.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

Good luck @SXMGirl.  I think if you can find one, you'll be very happy.  I have never had a NP that I wasn't happy with.  Wish I could say that about every MD I've ever used Smiley Frustrated

Ita! They usually spend more time with you too! When I worked in the doctor's office..most preferred the NP's..I know I did!!

Don't cry for a man who's left you--the next one may fall for your smile.
