Analyze everything you eat, and how much(not calories). Almost everyone can find some small tweaks to make, and over time, easily lose the little amount of weight you mention.

When you reach your desired weight, keep doing the same and WALLAH, you can actually easily(if you fully commit), maintain that same weight. Doesn't take an X or Y Program, just a true self analysis and commitment.

Best to you,

I think apps like these are useful for people to keep track of what they're eating and how  much exercise you can do.

It's voila...

I've been seeing Noom advertised like crazy just this past week.

I use Lifesum and my husband uses it too.  It's easy and it keeps track of what you're eating, drinking, and how  much exercise you do.  I update my weight weekly.

It's a great way to maintain or lose weight.

@Bri369

Not sure what you mean by "apps" in this context. I assumed this thread title was another lose weight plan. Recording what one eats/drinks and how much "exercise" they do, is a good thing. Not sure everyone's idea of what is "exercise" is the same. I've seen some that think walking in their home to use the bathroom is exercise.

As I have consistently said, if something works for a person to attain and/or maintain their goals, keep on doing it until it doesn't.

Noom is an app.  Lifesum is an app.  Myfitness plan is an app.  There are probably thousands of apps for people to use for health and fitness.

You don't know what apps are?

Never heard of Noom as an app for weight loss. I think there are so, so many of those type of apps available that I don't remember hearing about it.

Several of my friends use what I think is called My Fitness App.

Yes, I do know. My statement included "in this context". Followed this with: "I assumed this thread title was about another weight loss plan". While I am very computer knowledgeable, not so with much with the "texting lingo".

Your final sentence asked me a question, my 1st sentence is my answer.

Be well,
