Hey all,

Won't mention the weather as you already know! {#emotions_dlg.lol}

Checking in with Treadmill and TG..30 on the treadmill and about 50 on the TG.

Pppmint be careful heading out tomorrow regardless...It's sometimes the other guy I worry about hitting you...glad Benny is doing better too...and DS....you sure have a full plate and moving on top of it all.

Gazzelle I think nomless is right about the cardio. My Heart rate gets up doing weights too but I know you are talking strictly about cardio workouts....mix it all up as it all counts.

Tony are you glad JJ didn't win...flat tire..... {#emotions_dlg.lol}

Judy are you heading out for a walk?

FUTURE how was your weekend? Hoping you had some down time and some fun time!

Waving to all

Hi everyone! I have been a spud (as in potato). Still not feeling well (since Friday) and haven't worked out since last Wed. Good news though I can walk on my foot....so the rest has been good.....so back at it tomorrow!

50 min cardio done. Today, it felt easy and I came close to a PB in the treadmill. I didn't make it, but I was much closer than I've been in a while. Felt good.

Today I worked out in the yard....lovely out here today in Seattle, 68 degrees sunshine. Then I did 20 minutes on my treadmill. Just a nice day!

Hi Everyone! Patty- glad things have improved. Be careful driving. The weathermen can't/won't give a good snow estimate. They keep blaming the unknown track of storm- but it did not keep them from warning us a week ago! Bopper- very glad about JJ and I do like Kyle, so it was OK. I like watching Kyle, he is such a maniac but a very talented maniac! Nomless- good going. You always make yourself do something- I wish I was that determined. Mick- glad your foot is better. Gazelle - nice weather! We have a snowstorm coming here in the northeast. Cape Cod has a blizzard warning - could get a foot, I 'm inland with a 3-6 inch prediction ( depending on track)! But we did hit 22 degrees today! Judy- I am sure your weather is just fine, too! Do I sound weather- cranky? Well, I am! How about you, bopper? I was so happy to see March, oh well, April is next week. Doing minimal workouts- Firm Express. Not making time for it. Stay warm, dry and safe!

Tony, they're saying a foot of snow for you and 50mph winds! I'll have some of it driving home I guess but we're not supposed to be near that bad. They're saying 4" max and I highly doubt that. You guys will see the brunt of it.

Mick, sounds like the break was what you needed.

gazelle, I used to live out your way. I love it out there, beautiful country.

nomless, way to go! Sounds like you're coming back!

bopper, I can't see your post...haha! I know you're grocery shopping today...and you're cold. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

I guess we're already snowing where I live, maybe I should have gone yesterday. Oh well. I'm going to go for a quick run this morning, I get so stiff driving. One reason I didn't do heavy weights yesterday, I can't be sore because my neck, upper back, and shoulders will be a mess as it is from driving.

Hey all, and yes I was shopping today and Chiropractor and the roads were terrible and visibility was about 2 car lengths...it was terrible.

Just did a 2 mile power walk and need to shower and do a few things around here. Chiro said I have tendonitis in my left arm and some in the right. He said to double up on my fish oil as it is an anti-inflamatory so will do that...said to keep working out though to strength my forearms but to ice it also.

Pppmint safe travels home...hopefully you won't have too bad a drive home.

gazellee how nice to have your temps....at least I can say that this time of year...not sure I want them in mid summer........ not a hot weather person either...

Nomless what cha doing today?

Tony get your shovel out!

Judy...waving and hope you are walking.

Canine where are you?

Waving to everyone.

Hi people! Did the treadclimber for 30""/1.5 mi. and the treadmill 14""/ 1 mi. Wishing everyone a safe and warm next couple of days. P Patti ~ Wishing you a safe trip back. I worry about all the early am runners/walkers/bikers. My sister's acquaintance was running the other week (in DC area) and was killed by a hit and run driver. She was a single mom with two kids.....Please be careful out there!

I was doing weights on the macine at the gym when a 20-something came and started using it too (different station). So I came home and did a Coffey instead. Endurance rather than the heavy weight I intended to do. Oh, well.
