The Benefits of Omega-3s Expand –
Our Capsule Size Shrinks
Sunday’s Today’s Special.
Best Pricing Ever.

Who would have thought, 35 years ago, when we struggled with our first Omega-3 formula that it would go on to become among our most popular and positively reviewed products?  Certainly not me!  I have to admit that our first attempts at creating an Omega-3 formula were anything but perfect.  Fish oils are very difficult to work with and, in those days (back in the early 1980s), we were pioneers, so we were effectively on our own.  Nevertheless, after countless hours in the lab and enormous amounts of patience, persistence and perspiration, we created our very first Essential Omega-3 formula.  It was not perfect, but like today, it was the best product available at that time.  Over the next three decades, our Omega-3 formula has constantly evolved and improved to become today’s Maximum Essential Omega-3.  There is truly no other Omega-3 formula like it in the world.  It provides all the benefits of the essential Omega-3 fatty acids without any of the problems.  It can fairly be described as the perfect Omega-3 formula, since we just follow Mother Nature’s blueprint to make it a 100% pure and a purely enjoyable experience.

I would imagine anyone who makes an Omega-3 product would love to “claim” they are the best in the world, but no other Omega-3 formula has both the user experience and the science to back it up.  As proud as I am of today’s formula, I still marvel at the quality of its reviews.  Our Maximum Essential Omega-3 is rated an almost perfect 4.7 Stars and has received almost 3,000 enthusiastic, eloquently written reviews of which almost 2,500 are a perfect 5-Stars.  That is almost 85% 5-Star reviews and over 95% positive reviews.  I can talk at length about the science and technology of the product, but those reviews provide the most valuable opportunity to understand the unbiased, unfiltered experiences of those who actually use the product.  Perfect reviews like that would be remarkable for any product, but it is even more unexpected when you consider these glowing reviews are for a highly-concentrated Omega-3 fish oil formula.  Clearly, that is why surprise, shock, astonishment are the most common reactions to this product.  Certainly, folks express their gratitude, but they are astounded that this simple product actually performs as promised without a fishy repeat, aftertaste or upset stomach.  Most of us have been told by our doctors or cardiologists (or we simply know from our own reading and research) that we do not get anywhere near enough of the Omega-3 fats in our diet and we must therefore supplement them for the health of our most vital systems (heart, brain, eyes, etc.).  Unfortunately, for decades we have learned to hate Omega-3 products, since they are among the most unpleasant and ineffective supplements made.  Maximum Essential Omega-3 changes all that.  From the outset, it was designed to be every bit as trouble-free as it is designed to be exceptionally effective.  You might think that as the maker of this product that I must be biased, but you really do not need to take my word for it, since there are several thousand unbiased and enthusiastic reviews that you can rely on to make an informed decision.

This year’s Maximum Essential Omega-3 Today’s Special is a bit surprising for me, since it will possess two unexpected features.  You might recall that over the past few years, I have said that we would not be able sustain our exceptional Today’s Special pricing on this product in the future.  It turns out I was wrong, since we will once again be able to match last year’s best pricing ever, which happens to be a lower price than at any time in the last 30+ years!  This is not something I had ever expected, so it makes it an even more exciting Today’s Special for me (hopefully for you as well).  As I said, there are two unexpected features.  The second is something I know everyone appreciates, myself included.  I often talk about how significantly smaller our capsules are compared to typical Omega-3 capsules found in stores, which in some cases are almost twice the size of our capsules and deliver far less Omega-3s than our capsules. On Sunday, we introduce a new Omega-3 capsule that is about 5% smaller than the prior generation, which might sound minor, but it is actually quite significant.  Just to give you an idea of what we have accomplished over the last 30+ years, our product has increased almost 50% in potency, yet its size has gone down by over 25%.  The scientific and regulatory community recommends a basic daily intake of 500 mg of Omega-3s, which is exactly what we provide in each small capsule of our Maximum Essential Omega-3.  Most folks take one or two capsules daily, which means our largest 750 capsule size will last a full year at two capsules daily.  So join me this Saturday night and on Sunday to hear more about our new smaller capsule at our best pricing ever.  As I always say, my goal is to constantly improve our products and their value.  I hope you agree that we have succeeded in that regard today.

I will also discuss all the latest research on essential omega-3 fats and the vital role they play in our body.  I will share some of the most recent findings regarding dry eyes and the role that Omega-3s play in lubricating our eyes.  Similarly, they play a role in lubricating our joints, as well as moisturizing our skin, hair and nails.  The more we can restore the healthy balance of Omega-3s in our body, the more we benefit the most vital systems in our body.  We cannot forget that our brain is basically a lipid-based (fat-based) structure and that the Omega-3 DHA is its almost exclusive fatty acid.  Also, the retina and macular region of the eye are the most concentrated sources of DHA in the human body.  Unlike typical Omega-3 formulas, which focus on EPA, the predominant Omega-3 fatty acid in our formula is DHA, since that is the most important Omega-3 fatty acid in the human body and it can also be converted into EPA as needed.  I always look forward to our Maximum Essential Omega-3 Today’s Special since the information I will share is so important to our overall health.  As I always say, it is not important that you get my product, but it is highly recommended that you get the information.  The information is free and it is the key to our good health.  There is even research that has shown that the more informed we are, the healthier we become.  In this case, there is no escaping the fact that Omega-3s are essential to our health and there is also no avoiding the reality that as Americans we do not consume them adequately.  The result is that in some fashion we must find a way to increase our Omega-3 intake, whether by eating more fish or finding the best supplement you can.  It does not have to be mine, but the Omega-3s must come from somewhere, since out body has zero capacity to make them on its own.  I will cover this more fully this weekend and hopefully provide the best information and tools to make healthier decisions.

For those who will be asleep at midnight on Saturday night, you can get a 15-minute sneak peek at our Omega-3 Today’s Special at 7 PM Eastern Time on Saturday evening.  I will then be back at 11 PM Eastern for a one-hour Variety Show followed by our midnight Maximum Essential Omega-3 Today’s Special.  I will then be back at noon and 8 PM Eastern Time on Sunday.  It is a quick, one-day visit with only three shows, so I hope you have a chance to tune in.  I trust you will find the shows to contain valuable and important information for your health and for those you love.

Best of health.

Andrew

Hi @CWS22 thanks so much for sharing Andrew's latest blog post on Omega-3.

In Andrew's post he forgot to mention that he only uses fish that are sustainably harvested.

He also forgot to mention that his Omega-3s are the triglyceride form versus the alcohol ester form that most Omega-3 brands market. The only other brand I know that uses the triglyceride form is Nordic Naturals. -- His Maximum Essential Omega-3 TS gelcaps are less expensive than the Nordic Naturals Omega-3 gelcaps. -- That said the bottle version of Nordic Naturals Omega-3 (which I additionally supplement with) is cheaper than the gelcaps because they don't have to put the Omega-3s in gelcaps. Just make sure you purchase the Nordic Naturals 8oz Omega-3 (about $24-6 from either iherb or vitacost), and NOT their Ultimate Omega-3. Their Ultimate Omega-3 8oz bottle is more concentrated, but you are essentially paying double per dosage for the same dosage.

Today's Maximum Essential Omega-3 TS, is a really great value. -- For example, if you compare the per capsule cost of the regular 360 capsule size with the 750 TS capsule size, per capsule, the 750 capsule size gives you a savings of 48% off of the regularly available 360 capsule size

Below I have listed the regular price (at Procaps Labs) for this product versus today's great value:

___

capsule size -- regular price -- TS price (today only)

30 capsules -- $17.90 (regular) -- $12.90 (TS)

60 capsules -- $29.90 (regular) -- not available (TS)

90 capsules -- not avail (regular) -- $27.90 (TS)

180 capsules -- $74.90 (regular) -- $49.90 (TS)

360 capsules -- $129.90 (regular) -- $84.90 (TS)

750 capsules -- not avail (regular) -- $139.90 (TS)

Note: For purposes of cost comparison, I use the regular Procaps Labs prices instead of the regular HSN prices. This is because HSN marks their prices up when Andrew is not on the air, so that their "savings" look even better during Andrew's visits. -- "Regular prices" are the prices regularly available throughout the year.

___

Also, there are a number of other Procaps Labs available at special pricing (generally the special pricing is $10-15 off of the largest size. -- Also, I think there may be one or two products available a very special pricing for the month of April but I haven't figured out which ones they are. In these cases the savings may be more substantial.

During Andrew's visits there is free S&H on all orders.

Hi @fourpaws56, I'm overweght so I take 4,000 IU to 9,000 IU of Andrew'sVitamin D daily. -- Some is in some of hisother supplements and I supplement the rest with his Vitamin D.

While I have had "feel the difference" reactions with a number of Andrew's supplements, that hasn't happened with his Vitamin D. -- That said, Vitamin D is one of the most important supplements to make sure you get enough of, so I just take it on faith.

Vitamin D is fat soluble so make sure you take it during mealtime with a bit of fat. -- Omega-3, or a 1/2 teaspoon of eithr Coconut oil or olive oil are all great choices.

@bebe777   thank you for your input. I didn't realize how important vitamin  D  was...I am sure I am deficiant,I am over weight too and hypothyroid...I think I read somewhere that it might help with that as well as important for heart health

Hi @free-spirit , I'm not as familiar with astaxanthin as I am with some of the other supplements.

What I do know is that becasue Dr. Oz had recommended it on several occasions as being a great "antioxidant" (which is kind of vague *sigh*), the demand for astaxanthin went through the roof according to Andrew.

The sense I get from Andrew is, based on its cost, that your supplement dollars may be better spent elsewhere.

That said, if yu get eye strain because you work on the computer for hours and hours each day, astaxanthin can be helpful for eye strain.

Bebe,

I bought the astaxanthin because Andrew said tere were studies that it helped with circulation.  I did find those studies but see no improvement.

2 years in a row I had a life threatening infection in my leg ... one year requiring daily IV antibiotic drips.  The infection rage a long time and my leg was left with some damage.

I was hoping this would help.

Re: Lessman's April schedule is up

I bought the 750 ct TS for myself since I take 2 per day & bought DH the 360 ct since he takes 1 per day. I did not want 2 of the 750 as I rather have fresher.

I already received my shipping email with tracking#.

@fourpaws56 research in the last few years has been expanding on the research for the health benefits for Vitamin D. -- Offhand, here are a few key areas:

* bone health -- without Vitamin D present in the system, only 10% of calcium is absorbed

* brain health -- Vitamin D is preferentially stored in the prefrontal cortex and other executive functioning areas of the brain

* muscle health -- Vitamin D is necessary

-- heart health -- it's the biggest muscle in your body Smiley Happy

-- bone health -- Vitamin D is used by fast twitch muscles to keep fast twitch muscles fast. Fast twitch muscles help keep you from falling to the ground when you're a bit off balance... when they work fast. -- In the elderly, recent studies have shown a direct correlation between low incidence of hip fractures and high levels of Vitamin D in the elderly... and highest levels of hip fractures in folks who have the lowest Vitamin D levels.

These are some of the reasons that I supplement with higher levels of Vitamin D. I'm just not taking any chances. Smiley Wink

Re: Lessman's April schedule is up

If you wish for an option to lessman's Omega threes I take a product with over 1200 milligrams of omega-3 fatty acids, 1000 of which are DHA, that I purchase at GNC. And they're amazing! No fishy aftertaste no stomach upset. and what these supplements have done for my overall brain activity is astounding

Hi @free-spirit , that's interesting because I don't remember Andrew mentioning that. Of course, I've never been interested in taking astazanthin so I may not have been paying as much attention.

Especially considering your extremely serious health issues, that's such a shame that it didn't work for you.

___

Two of his supplements that I think you should take a look at are his:

* Circulation & Vein Support (CVS) -- If you missed the January TS, they do have it as a special price today

* Glucosamine & Chondriotin (G&C) -- also on special purchase today

___

The diosmin in Circulation & Vein has been used and studied in Europe for over 40 years. And evidently there is an increasing amount of research on butchers broom as well. -- CVS helps to keep your veins more toned whichhelps with regular circulation. Andrew describes it as the difference between a good garden hose that keeps its shape as the water runs through it, versus an old garden hose where it can bulge in spots on the hose.

G&C help keep your veins more elastic (as opposed to hardening) which also aids regular circulation.

___

I started taking both supplements because I'm a major klutz and I bruise very easily (as do my mom and sister, it's genetic). I wasn't sure what sorts of results I would get, but I thought it would be worth a try.

I got very impatient very quickly with the lack of results because my body is unusual and it regesters positive results at warp speed (maybe a day, as opposed to the regular 3-4 weeks depending on the supplements).

Becasue of my extreme bruising, I decided to wait it out and I'm glad I did. I finally started seeing some results after maybe 2-3 months and maximum results after 5 months. -- In the end, with both products, I lowered the severity of my bruising by about 70% which was stunning. Needless to say, I'll never be without either of these two products.

I hope what I've shared is helpful and I wish you the very best going forward. *s*
