@kesselrun wrote:I picked up a refill on my fibermucil, and also the Energy and Metabolism factors. Andrew just said that July will be a Hair Skin and Nails TS! Can't wait for that! That's one i won't be without, can't wait to see the pricing on that one
@kesselrun Oops! I should have read your post before asking someone else what it would be in July. I think I have enough of the hair, skin, and nails, but I better check.
I note you got a refill of the fibermucil. I have a container of that and I don't find it to work that well for me. Since you got a refill, it must be working for you. I talked with ProCaps a couple of months back and I mentioned everything I have is working quite well, except for the fibermucil. I seem to be doing everything I should with that product, so am not sure why it is not making a difference.
They didn't seem to have any suggestions of what to do that I haven't already tried with that product.

@BExplorer wrote:I just purchased the Night Time. I have never tried it, but have had problems sleeping more than a few good hours per night for several years. I have tried prescriptions in years past that didn't work, so I figure even if this doesn't work great for me at least it's only a supplement rather than a prescription drug. Of course, I sure am hoping it works for me!
@BExplorer If you remember to do so, please report back on that product. I normally sleep quite well, but every once in a while I have a problem for a day or two. Will be interested in knowing how it works for you. ![]()

@willdob3 wrote:I kind of wish that I'd had noticeable benefits from Astaxanthin but I really get amazing results from UES alone so I am happy with that & with saving some money by not needing to get the bundle.
@willdob3 YUP! No use spending the money when the other one by itself is doing so well for you. Lucky you!
I won't be finishing both of the products at the same time, so when the Astaxanthin runs out, I'll be able to see if I have similar results like you. Would be nice not to have to purchase both!

Never tried them before, so am excited to see what they do, if anything. Of course, there may be more things he talks about in today's shows.
How about you?
@BExplorer @willdob3 @qvcaddition @Nightowlz @Trudey @lovesallanimals @Snowpuppy @VaBelle35
I ordered the liver granules also.. now need to order the TSV bundle
@CoastalGal Is it the first time for you to get the liver granules? Or have you purchased it before? I found the texture he described on that product to be very interesting. Anxious to try it. It will be nice to kind of chew something instead of just swallowing. ha! I love almond butter, and that is one of the ways he described it as tasting.

@worldtraveler i actually use the Fibermucil in conjunction with the ultimate friendly flora, i have only been using it a short time but found that both products have really helped. I have many problems with regularity, and it's helped more than most products I've tried

@z-del Traveler I absolutely will report back
. As of last night, I am out of my latest OTC nautural sleep aid that didn't work
so I will be ready to try this one as soon as it's delivered!

Always buy the largest or purchase the _Bundle_.
VitaminD3 is the # 1 - Omega, Eye support, Anti oxidants ( fruit origins), Glucoso\Chron., Circulation, Essential ( vitamins & minerals\ traces).
I was taught as I was growing up how very important nutrition was and that it was virtually impossible to attain every supplement from a meal Xs 3 per day.
Supplements were as common or natural for our family as having fresh water. I never forget how important that was, and learned in advanced medical nursing school ...that nutrition had to have been one of the most difficult subjects introduced: the #1 class where most students had to repeat.
ANYTHING ```To avoid being seen by a doctor. Never took an aspirin ( one) until I was 30\or Midol. Hate the entire sequence having to take meds.
BUT! Will have a regime for vit\ minerals. Have my entire family on those that are easily washed away ...so just may BE the reasons Doctors, for self is very rare....who knows? I try my Best!

@NAES1 OMG!!! Thanks for telling us your story. Really interesting. I'm like you in that I avoid being seen by a doctor, at all costs! But don't mind a regime of the vitamins and the minerals either.
I'm almost reluctant to say this, because I don't want to jinx it, but I haven't been sick in 15 years. Sometimes a little tummy ache, but that's it. Recently I was thinking about that and wondering what was the change. Then it dawned on me! I stopped getting shots (like the flu shot) 15 years ago, stopped using prescriptions to prevent things like malaria when I travel at about the same time, I eat as much organic foods as I can, and I take vitamins and minerals.
I think doing all that has helped me stay healthy. Like you, I don't take aspirin, even though I know so many people who do. A doctor once told me to take it to help prevent heart attacks, but I refuse to do that.
Knock on wood......I hope I continue to be so healthy. However, if not....at least I had a tremendous 15-year, healthy life!
@z-del Traveler,
I apologize for being late reading your interesting health post. Wonderful!
We have a few 'things' in common, along with the life of haHAhaa supplements.
I have traveled many times throughout the world, also....and was thinking probably the same as you, the FOODs we have eaten from so many different cultures and countries.
Some, to this day, I have absolutely no idea what exactly It was, but 75% Westernized. There was one banquet We attended...one that lasted 4 hours+.
By the next day in the mid afternoon I thought I was next to being in a hospital.
Oh MY did I ever...!
My family still does a lot of traveling, but with family ( older) I choose to be closer to home.
So glad we met. Please keep in touch. I have many personal friends on three forums from five years. Hoping that you may join in whenever you are ready.
Great times and Sweet people. They are very dear to me.
Have a care free happy new week. We want to hear from you more often! Y E S!
NAES.

I have used Night Time for falling asleep only (I use it like Andrew uses it, for falling asleep when traveling in different time zones and when I return home to get back on my regular sleep schedule), so I can't address how it works for staying asleep. I thought Andrew has said in the past that it's not for staying asleep only falling asleep.
I used Bach's Rescue Remedy sleep gels before trying Night Time and found that to work well for falling asleep.
Andrew has also said that Muriel uses Valerian vs Night Time. The Valerian is 250 mg and Night Time has 150 mg in it.
You might have to try a bunch of different things to see what works for you.

@kesselrun Oh, I see. I'll check into the UFF and read up on it. Maybe that is the missing link. Thanks!![]()
