I use MCP w/MSM wondering if using the Phtoceramindes , and Health Hair skin nails , is all three overlappping ?
@CoastalGal I've never taken the Phytocetamides but I also worry about overlap. I'm taking MCP w/MSM and I'm debating on upgrading from Glucosamine Choindroitin to Maximum Joint Effort which has 800 mg of MSM and if I try Healthy Hair Skin & Nails that has another 500 mg of MSM. Not sure I need or want to be taking 1800mg of MSM.
I do have a question for those taking HHS&N. I can understand more hair growth on my head or eyelashes (as one reviewer noted) but there are places I don't need more hair growth -- so how much additional hair growth do you see in less desirable places -- like lip, chin, bikini area, legs (traditionally the places we are trying to remove hair)?

For me, my hair grows very fast. My nails and brows don't grow all at the same time. It seems like sometimes my eyebrows will go crazy and other time my nails go crazy, but never at the same time. No changes in my bikini wax. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and my brows and upper lip and bikini every 4 weeks.

Regarding prices I'm curious if any of you ladies are considering switching due to the cost ? I know and trust Andrew has great stuff but the premium pricing he charges is making me consider an alternative. I know I want capsules. Don't like those rock hard tablets so that's a must for me and Andrew always uses capsules. I saw a Turmeric product at Target for $16.99 for a 150 count compared to 120 count for $59.90 at Pro-caps. That's a big difference.

I do look for less expensive alternatives on some of the supplements. If something is giving me great results I don't usually look elsewhere.
You need to compare other ingredients and also quality. As I mentioned in a previous post, similar products may use ingredients that don't work as well - different sources, not the best forms, etc.
Once in a while I find a supplement that is the best form and that is less expensive but there is always something not as good about the quality and I have to decide if I am willing to go there. It is usually an added ingredient & there are some I'll allow, others I won't. I won't buy a lower quality of the main ingredient. That is throwing my money away.
It is almost impossible to find higher quality supplements than ProCaps. Every single detail is quality, healthy, good for the earth. The supplements contain no additives/fillers. That is almost unheard of. And it is important to me. My body doesn't need, want, or appreciate junk being dumped in it.

There are a ton of products between AL and Target.
On this Wellness forum you will get recommendations from many people who purchase similar products at other online sites.

For me, I would do as Andrew suggests and dose at the more affordable options he offers on some of his products like taking 1 capsule instead of 2 or taking it every other day or not taking the Omega 3 on days you eat fish, etc.

Although I think the AL supplements are high quality, I do not think they are the ONLY supplements that are. I think there are many brands out there that are excellent. He just has the advantage of having a place at HSN to promote and be seen. I do appreciate the education he provides, so that's a good thing.

I just bought glucosamine this visit, but will not repurchase it unless it is a TS and even then I will carefully consider. I will finish this round and then try other manufacturers.
Would be interested if someone has an alternative they like.

I placed my order last night for the MC w/msm. I have a full one that I haven't opened yet from last year's TS because I had 2 full ones of the original to use up.
I take 2 scoops a day most days. One scoop in the morning and one at night.
I ordered 2 other things so that I don't run out between now and October when he's back.
He said he will do another online event, so maybe we'll get some special pricing before then.
