Re: LF - Vibration Plate/Platform Recs

For those that purchased a vibration plate....do you think you need a bar to hold on to for balance?  I noticed the Tisscare plate does not include a bar for holding onto for balance.

I have been thinking about buying one of these for a few months, still have not purchased but when I posted about the item a balance  bar was  suggested.

Thanks

@Mom2Dogs - IMO it depends on how you intend to use the vibration  plate.  If you're unsteady on your feet and only intend to stand in the plate and shake, it might be something you want.  However the handlebars I've seen are a permanent attachment so they would possibly get in the way and limit the ability to do certain other movements or positions with the plate such as squats, planks, or sitting on it.
