@bikerbabe @Good that you are feeling a little stronger...about that GI tract sounds to me like you could use some probiotics,kefir,Or kimchi.We find those items get things under control...sometimes a little too well.Esp. The kimchi.Watch out for kimchi.I once ate half a quart jar because it was just that good...omg all heck broke loose.

@bikerbabe , hope the recovery is going well.  I had both knees scope for debris cleanup, no torn meniscus, with a good result.  So happy for you.  I think you will see a big impvrivement.  LM
