Thanks @SilleeMee - I am so sorry to hear this. I love my cottage cheese. But I don't love my joint pain!

I'm still working on yogurt! Having a hard time getting out of my diet. I love it so.

I've read some articles on this before. I take it all in when knee, back or arthritis kicks in. Of course, we have to be aware when his gout kicks in. It's never ending.

I gave up all dairy for 3 months and I actually felt worse. I think it may not be true for everyone that it is inflammatory.

Giving up gluten has helped me immensely.

The most current information provided by reputable, reliable, professional entities who aren't promoting sales of a product, service, etc., or who aren't engaged in clickbait, continue to say that inflammation contributes to a myriad of problems and it's an important, serious concern but that it's still a bit of a mystery as to how it works and how to reduce and control it. That's why we see some remedies and foods work for some people and they don't work for others. Also, while knowing and appreciating the posters here who are kind and helpful and their input is very useful, that's why it's important to find good, reliable resources who know us, personally, and who can work with our own individual needs. Sending good wishes to all for finding good outcomes, comfort, and feeling healthier and happier.😊

I gave up plain, greek yogurt. I love greek yogurt. I used to eat it daily. I don't know for sure if it's helped my eczema or not.
I don't eat any other dairy now. I've considered adding the yogurt back in (greek) to see if my conditions worsen.

I love it too. I haven't eaten it in months, and I used to eat it daily! I mixed berries and cinnamon in it--so good!!

Besides loving it so much, yogurt is one of the foods my doc recommends for me to eat because I suffer from severe herpes outbreaks. Yogurt is high in lysine which combats the virus. I eat it and I also take lysine supps. Now I have an excuse to keep eating yogurt!![]()
