I will be interested to see the responses from the companies mentioned in the NYT blog post to see what their testing finds.

I don't know what Consumer Labs is. I can't find any information on how they test and who they may or may not be in the tank for.
They are not associated with Consumer Reports (although the bloom is off that rose, for me, I still believe they do run quality testing).
Thats good news, I buy Puritans Pride and they're always running specials and ALWAYS have free shipping!
