Wow!  Feeling guilty about a little sugar!   Some of you here must have some really good control.   I sure wish I had that much control.  That sure isn't me.  I need and like my sweets.  I don't even feel guilty eating a pack of oreos occasionally.

The vanilla yogurt I've seen in the stores has sugar in it already...and lots of it. That's why I don't buy it. I buy the plain stuff then add my own vanilla and stevia to it.

This is pretty good, too!

@Mindy D

Nothing wrong with eating something you just love, just not too often, like every day. I don't  think you'd make it on what I eat. Completely the opposite of your tasty treat.

Why do you feel guilty?  It's delicious and you enjoy it, so have.  The only unhealthy part is sugar and only if you are going overboard on it.    Just don't have bowl of it every night.  Make it weekly treat.  You could try reducing the sugar or using some honey in place of the sugar.  Or...  go cold turkey and just stop having it.
