I Accepted My First Date In over Seven Years

I met him shortly after the loss of my marriage and family but I couldn't get past that, so dating anyone was not in my plans at all.

I would get asked out on dates and just couldn't do it. Not with him or anyone.

I thought he was very nice and very attractive, but I wasn't ready and I didn't think I would be very good for him in the state I was in.

I ran into him tonight after one year of not seeing him and he asked me out again.

I said yes.

I'm looking forward to it! Smile
