Am I missing something, wasn't the shipping availability pretty clear in the past before we placed an order? I have had the same problem getting all the way through the system and discovering something is "advanced orders."

No idea if it's the same Hunter company that sells ceiling fans, but I've been checking since mid-summer practically to replace the old fans in my condo. Nothing available in my size anywhere in those I want. If I have to settle, I'm settling to stay with what's already in place -- I intend whatever I buy to be "forever fans." I don't use them often enough to buy them twice.

Can you cancel the order and get a BlueAir brand, model 211+? I looked on Consumers Reports to find a tested machine that actually works. I think the ones sold here are not the good ones, but I don't have the model number on this machine. The way they put the machine in a small box with "colored" air or "smoke" is just fake. It doesn't show that the machine is actually trapping particles in a normal sized room and how long it takes to cycle the air in a normal room. Well, good luck on this.

Unless it is a food item that I know will be sent in the future, I have been canceling those " surprise" advance items right away. I got really burned in October with items arriving after Halloween, and I no longer will play the game again. Sorry that advanced order was not made clear to you when you ordered.

I just ordered it.
I immediately called customer service and canceled the order.
I told cs things I ordered months ago are just coming to me and the smell of formaldehyde is choking me to death.
I said I'm packing it all up to go back to QVC. The smell is coming through the cardboard boxes.
If I were you, I'd cancel it too. But that's just me.
I need to pay more attention. All the hosts keep saying is that's it's in THEIR warehouses.

So are people saying the advance shipping date of 11/23 is incorrect? I mean really, we're talking just a few days away. Is it being push back until later than that?

@Annabellethecat66 Yea.........I just cancelled after an Amazon check. Bigger stronger unit for just $50 more. (Hunter)
I already have 2 Dyson and 2 Rabbit units so not desperate. Thankful I didn't get the message......."we're processing your order". With that it means Nope, can't cancel. Cancellation has already been confirmed in e-mail.

I ordered it and it very clearly showed on the product page it was an advanced order. It was up by the pricing information.
