I prefer drinking out of a glass as much as possible, but when I have to go out, I use a Klean Kanteen , SIGG or Pura bottle that I can put in the car or throw in my purse. I rarely, if ever, use a plastic water bottle.

I use Hydro Flask. I have them in all sizes. The ice doesn't melt for over 24 hours. I don't carry a big purse so I can't put one in there but I take one with me to keep in the car in the summer (April to October).

I buy bottled water.  I drink it right at the bottle.  I live alone so if there's some left I put back in the frig til it's cold again.

I drink AT LEAST 1 1/2 cases of water (probably more) per week.  That's a lot when you consider that I eat out one meal about 4 times a week.

I can't stand tap water.  The taste is terrible.  I used to have well water and it was wonderful.  Then the local government took it over and added junk to it.  You can smell the chemicals in it.

I know all about what is and isn't added to bottled water.  What I do care about is the taste and what I don't want to smell.  Sometimes I can't smell or taste so when I can I want it to be pleasant.

At home I drink water right from the tap to a glass. We have some of the best tasting and cleanest water in the country. When I'm out and about I just buy bottled water.

I usually make a 2 qt pitcher of ice tea every other day. I use herbal or decaf teas or green decaf tea. I find I can drink more cold things/ room temp drinks,  easier than hot drinks. I also drink almond milk with meals and hot choc in the a.m. Got into the habit of drinking alot during my chemo days. I fix a green smoothie in the mornings too.

Tap water at home, bottled when I'm out. I keep a case of water in the garage where it stays cool, Always have at least one bottle of water in the car.

It was not long ago that I rarely drank water. Saw the error of my ways and now drink enough water daily to drown a fish! Also drink fresh brewed iced tea occasionally.

I drink a lot of water, also a full glass of adult Pedialyte every day.  I also always have iced tea available.  I am not a soda drinker, so there is never anything like that in the house.

As for the receptacle, I had a metal one but when my water began to taste like metal, I switched to a plastic one.

The wording of the OP's question is confusing.  I don't think they are asking what we drink, but the kind of vessel we drink from.

I have a supply of 24 oz. Tervis Tumblers that I drink from.  I'm currently looking for something to use in the car during warm weather - Yeti, Arctic, etc.  Any recommendations?
