Same here. I lost plenty of weight in the past 5 years, however, the first 3 of those 5, when I lost fat and water, the scale was showing a very small number. When I started implementing strength/weight training the last 2 of the 5, the scale showed a higher number; the scale can't differentiate between muscle and fat, so I don't even bother. The only scale I get on is at the doctor's office and that number bothers me less than how I feel physically and mentally especially after go the the gym.
