I'm not really sure where to post this thread but here goes....I wear contacts. Naturally, I wash my hands before putting them in, taking them out.  In the past, I've used a handsoap called EQUATE Clear that I've been able to purchase @ Walmart but it's not been in stock for a while. The other soaps I've found are not free of perfumes, dyes and oils.  Even though I rinse my hands ''well'' after using the unwanted soaps, my hands always feel slippery after using ....which is really not good to be touching contacts with.  Can anymore suggest a handsoap that is 'free and clear' of extras ?  Thank you kindly.

I like Beekman pure goat milk soap, unscented.  I have it in all of my bathrooms.

Doesn't leave your hands slippery and no residue.

A simpler bar soap could be the answer.  I have switched back to a bar and like how they really clean, even in the kitchen.

I'm not familiar with the soap, but Equate is normally Walmart's version of some brand name.  Perhaps the brand name soap is available, whatever that may be.

I used to use handsoap from Bath and Body Works, but got so mad when I heard they used some chemical that causes cancer and had to re-formulate all their soaps because of it that I decided to make my own hand soap. I use 1 C water, 1/3 C castille soap and 1 tsp vegetable glycerin. At least I know what ingredients are in my soap now.

Dial is the only soap I've head advertised as having disinfectant qualities.  In fact before I had knee replacement surgery, I was advised in written instructions to shower using Dial soap.  I use the white which has no dyes and it has no odor.

@sarahpanda  have you tried walmart on line? I was available there up to last week.
