I'm posting this here, because I don't want to leave a review for the product after only one week.

BUT - I've been using my Hair Max for only one week - three times. Of course I'm not growing hair yet, but my hair is happy - I mean ~really~ happy. It has more body and volume for the first time in a couple of years!

I'm amazed... and happy!

Re: Hair Max After One Week!

Glad you see  some results already but I've never experienced what you state - even after 12 years.  Hair growth = yes   Change in texture = nope

@fthunt  It's not really a change in texture. I looks like my existing hair is standing up straighter from my scalp. I don't know how to explain it. My hair is the same, baby fine texture it's always been, but it has more oomph - like it's happy... Smiley Happy

Re: Hair Max After One Week!

I think I am on my second week of HairMax. I have high hopes. I am struggling a bit with turning it on and off, might be my fingers. My hair has been fluffier also but I figured this is just related to using different shampoos and the weather around here. I figure by Thanksgiving or Christmas I should see results. I hope.

Re: Hair Max After One Week!

Every hair on your body has what is called an erector muscle attached to it near the hair follicles which, when contracted, causes the hairs to stand up on end...also known as 'goose bumps'. Hair lasers can also effect the erector muscles on the hair follicles making hair stand up.

I wish it would affect my erector muscles.  My hair insists on not erecting.

Mine don't either @Icegoddess . I have hair that lays flat on my head. Any flatter then it would become part of my scalp...lol!

@SilleeMee

Thanks so much for the explanation! It's the weirdest thing... I used Hair Max again this morning and I just styled my hair. Darned if it doesn't look thicker all around. It made styling my hair a pleasure for the first time in ages!

I'm 76 and I've always had extremly fine, thick hair. Then about 4 years ago it just stopped growing in patches. It was so depressing. Now I have hope that I won't have to spend the next 20 years half bald.

I think I can hear my hair follicles saying "thanks, we needed that!" LOL...

Re: Hair Max After One Week!

I have a LOT of hair and I'll never need anything to help me grow more. My hair is also fairly heavy and I can't do much with it past a certain length; the weight of it pulls curls, etc., out of it. I tried spiking it once--the way some older women look good with that kind of style. But, again, my hair's so heavy it flattened out in no time. However, I'm glad I have so much hair and I'm sure I'll continue to because my mother died at age 83 with a full head of white hair.

Also, my sister has even more and heavier hair than I do; we're both the despair of our hair cutter/stylist.
