Could not agree more....no wonder they are losing customers.  Who wants to watch hour long presentation on the same thing all day long.

A lot of people are off on Sundays and may be channel surfing waiting for sports or other shows to start or to leave the house. 


 They do long presentations of TSVs (especially on weekends) to capture those stopping on the channel for even just a few seconds.  They're appealing to new audiences here, not people who have QVC for hours.

totally agree with OP--EVERYTHING that is a TSV runs too many times during the day---after the first hour, I generally know how to wear underware/bras or sit in  Lazy boy chairs of vacuum  my floor---or use a l-n-l container---or squish various food products----good grief!!!

They run long presentations to grab the person channel surfing or just checking what's on. I don't know how anyone could sit and watch a long presentation....if you're so bored, why do you keep watching???

People don't keep watching. Viewership is down. Perhaps that's the point posters are trying to make.

 

I understand featuring TSVs often. They may benefit from shorter segments. Is there anything about any product that can't be capsulized within ten minutes? 

A TSV interspersed within a time block among many other products may be more viewer friendly.
