I f it sounds like I’m bragging, I kind of am. It’s been a journey, but my BP. Is good  and since July I’ve lost 45 Lbs. I think I’m most impressed that I lost 5 Lb. since early Dec. Appt. I got through the holidays unscathed. All kidding aside, I’ll be humble tomorrow, but today, I’m bragging !😍

Girl, I'd be bragging, too!!!!!

One a side note, I have lost about 15 pounds since November. It was forced on me, though, without my choosing. Diverticulitis came calling, including some fun (NOT!) time spent in the hospital. Woman Sad

Congrats to YOU!

Sounds great @QVCkitty1 ,

Lowering one's blood pressure to an acceptable number puts less strain on several parts of the human anatomy. For many, losing as little as 5 pounds can move their blood pressure numbers much lower.

Losing 45 pounds is a lot of weight and you should be proud of those numbers. Whatever you did/are doing to lose this weight you did not want to carry, worked/is working for you. Best wishes for attaining and/or maintaining your desired body weight.

@hckynut , thanks, I just tried a common sense, lower sodium diet. using the knowledge I’ve acquired over the years ( and not always followed ). Thanks for the kind words
