Dentists say as long as you brush and floss either way is fine.

In which order do you? I always brush and then floss.

Re: Floss or Brush First?

I floss first.  Then anything dislodged from between the teeth can be brushed and rinsed away.

My hygienist always flosses last and tells me that she is getting out the last bits.

Rebel that I am, I do it first.

Usually floss first, but if I forget then I do it after I brush.
