I love my Fitbit Flex. It is a constant reminder on my wrist to get moving. I put it on first thing in the morning and don't take it off until I go to bed. I only use it to track steps. It has been the most effective method I have ever used to stay active. I have mine set for 12,000 steps. Some days its easy to reach that goal and exceed it and other days I fall short, but I am always aware that I need to keep active.
