I'm starting to get into Matcha. So far it has cured my digestion issues.

What is your favorite ceremonial brand?  Not culinary.

Looking for advice

My fav matcha (Japan) is White Peach in the sachets from Harney. I have a cup on my desk right now and every morning to clear any brain fog or fatigue. I do not mess with a whisk, though.

They also have a Very Berry. Not that either one has much flavor. I like the convenience of the sachets.

No clue what you mean by the type either but I can tell you my DH loves Greem Kick by NOW Foods, a tea bag that is a blend of Matcha and Sensa.

Is matcha actually a tea ... or something else?

Your comment reminds me of a favorite quote by Dear Abby:

"We're ALL ignorant .... only on different subjects."

I've been buying NutriVita brand matcha for many years. It is organic ceremonial grade grown in Japan. Find it on their website at NutriVitaShop dot com or from eBay.

These terms mean:

Ceremonial, being more $$, can be used alone with hot water.Culinary is more for lattes, cooking, recipes.

So far I like Pique and Ippoda brands. I've tried Jade leaf, not a fan.
