Nutritional cleansing ladies, trust me it is the way to shed your excess weight! I am living proof of this, all my friends now have done the program with the same results. You rid your body of toxins, I know it sounds weird, but I went from a size 12 to a 7-8. And feel fabulous.

The key for me is TRACKING. If I don't track, I don't lose. Just do that one thing and I think you will be surprised. Good luck to you.

The scale is not a really accurate way to keep track of your progress; taking your measurements regularly will give you a better assessment of how you're actually doing.

☀️...And I think to myself what a Wenderful world.☀️

You need to take in fewer calories than you expend.

Less highly caloric food and more exercise.

My FitBit Zip lets me know how I'm doing every day!

I too go way back with WW to Fat and Fiber. I lost most of my weight on 123 Success and I've never liked a program after that one as much.

I actually detest all the latest points programs where they give you a set number of points but then you have the 49 extra points. I also don't believe for a minute all the fruit should be free and I don't think it really is. As soon as anyone in meetings would start to have problems, they were told to cut out some of the fruits.

I continue to do 123 Success.

I think though it's imperative that you journal/track what you eat if you need to lose weight. I think many people eat a lot more than they realize they do.

Please don;t give up!! Start back today and THINK POSITIVE. I think so much of weight loss is a mind game. Do you really want to begin all over again, after you binge a bit and gain more weight? If you stop, tell yourself you will try again and do it. Don't dwell on the failures. Picture yourself the way you want to look. Commit yourself and have faith in yourself. You will succeed. I am on WW now. I have been on it many times before, but I have finally found success and am close to goal. I know the REALLY hard part is keeping it off. But I am ready to face that challenge. Best of luck to you. You can do it.

With this many of us having problems, I put the newest books away and dug my old books back out. It just didn't feel right to not count all we put in our mouths. We did that before when I did lose the weight. Time to turn that clock back and use what worked. I had hopes for this one but too long a little up and a little down (stuck) I'll see if this doesn't do better.

I'm glad now to see it's not just me that's stuck. This is beyond a plateau. (In my book).

Don't ever think of it as failing...it just isn't the right system for you at this time in your life.

There are plenty of diet and exercise plans to try...just keep experimenting until you find the right match for you.

I had a slender assistant who went "low fat." She convinced me to try it too. I didn't lose a pound, in fact, I gained a few!

I had no luck with low fat at all - but I found that low carb, low sugar works for me.

Just keep trying...

I had great success at WW. I know that if I followed the plan I would lose weight. If I gained or stayed the same I wasn't doing something right. It is so funny to listen to people saying the plan is no good. If you follow it, it works.
