I have been to physical therapy before and still use the exercises suggested for home. Not seeing improvement. Really difficult to return to PT because of DH health issues and various appointments. Has anyone tried products seen on tv like the 60 up balance board. I need something with handles. I have issues with vertigo- not currently but this really makes everything difficult. Thanks for any information and suggestions. Southern Bee

There was a thread about this recently. I had recommended it to someone else.
It's very calming and not difficult. Really aimed to improve balance and flexibility.

Some physical therapy practices are offering Zoom during the pandemic. Some, in my city are offering free classes. Check it out in your area.

When I had PT for my knees, he had me stand on a Bosu ball (flat side up). I did squats on it for my knees. That will really help with improving balance.

@LindaSal @SouthernBee I second the idea of Tai Chi - and I know there are quite a few programs free on Youtube.
Also, Google chair exercises for seniors.
