Discovered good exercise on PBS

I recommend both Sit and Be Fit and Classic Stretch/Eccentrics with Miranda. The come on our PBS channel at 6 AM so we tape and do later. Helpful, good. Do-able. Yay!

I have a book of hers--Forever Painless. It is quite helpful.

I have had fibromyalgia for just over 25 yrs.
The suggestions that are in this book and then on the shows that she has have helped in regards to pain---muscle, fascia and other. 

During a time when I am not able to go to my yoga class and do other things that have been helpful (accupuncture being one of them) --this book and her suggestions on her show have been of great help.

I have seen her a few times and was impressed with her calm approach and manner.  I keep thinking I will purchase some of her things, but so far I haven't.  She looks amazing and moves wonderfully!
