I take Andrew Lessman's fish oil, I take the ones with orange oil.  I believe he has a mint oil choice as well.

 

What actually helped my dry eyes is his Phytoceramides.  I rarely use drops anymore.

We've been taking Lessman's Omega 3's for years and like them.
